We have an urgent requirement for a Web Manager to cover maternity for a leading health charity in Central London. You will be responsible for the development, content management and maintenance of the main website and micro sites. Also supporting other online strategies and initiatives such as the charity’s presence on social networking sites.

Excellent writing, editing, sub-editing and proofreading skills are essential as you’ll edit and maintain the content on these sites. Also liaising with departments to ensure content is up to date. Monitoring and analysing web statistics, including SEO is also a key element of the role.
Experience of using a CMS is important as you’ll provide training and guidance where necessary.

Experience of web redesign and liaising with external agencies, sourcing creative services and commissioning photographers, illustrators and designers is essential. You’ll also need experience in negotiating contracts, developing briefs and managing external supplier relationships.

This position is starting Mid March for 1 year. If you have experience of web redesign and writing and editing web content then we’d like to hear from you.
